Industries · Two-wheelers

Connected motorcycles, scooters and mopeds.

Connect your bikes once. Your importers, dealers, workshops and riders each get their own access to them, under your brand, with the data the bike reports and the service history it collects.

Partner Hub, dealer view of a connected LiveWire ONE: its data, CAN bus values, error codes, firmware and the owner's request. The position stays with the owner.

One bike, as the dealer sees it: what it reports, what was done to it, and what its rider just asked. The dealer sees the error code, the owner sees where the bike is.

What a connected bike reports.

Read off a live vehicle, not a brochure. What arrives depends on your hardware and what the bike exposes on the bus.

Values from the CAN bus, plus the platform's own status. Error codes arrive the same way and reach the rider in plain language.

Your ecosystem, on their own access.

You grant it. They never see each other's vehicles.

  1. Bike → rider

Tilt and movement without ignition. The rider gets the alert and the location.

  2. Rider → police

They have a live position to give, not a description of a bike.

  3. Rider → dealer

One ticket, with the trip that should not have happened attached.

  4. Dealer → you

The case sits on the bike's record, where warranty and service already live.

A recovery aid, not a recovery service. We do not immobilise the bike and we do not call the police.

About two-wheelers.

Does it work with our existing telematics box?

Yes, through one of three paths. We take data over HTTP from a vendor cloud, over TCP from IoT hardware, or from a phone acting as a Bluetooth gateway. You can also push your own core data to us and we map it onto the vehicle status, so you do not have to produce a format of ours. A new source is a new connection, not a new platform.

Electric and combustion?

Both. An electric bike reports charge and range, a combustion bike reports fuel level and RPM. Same record, different fields.

Can our dealers use it if they also sell other brands?

Yes. A dealer sees the bikes of every brand that granted them access, and nothing else. That is the point of the permission system.

Do you supply the hardware?

We are hardware-agnostic: your device, your supplier, or one of ours. We take the data either way, and you can push your own core data to us as well.

How long until our riders can download the app?

About three months from signed contract to your branded apps and partner portals going live, and your own vehicles in the OEM Suite in under a month. Connectivity is included in the per-vehicle price, over your hardware or ours.
