Connected boats and outboards, under your name.

Connect your boats or your motors once. Your dealers, yards and marinas each get their own access, your owners get your app, and the platform already reads NMEA 2000: tanks, batteries, engines, depth and shore power. It raises its own harbour and range alerts.

Shore power lost, frost warning

Demo Boat 12, in winter storage at Demo Workshop Lucerne. The yard hears it before the owner does.

OEM Suite · boats · demo data

Every boat you built, as you see it: which partner looks after it, how many hours the engine has run, what the battery holds, and when it is due for service. Only its owner sees where a boat is.

Your boat's data, whichever engine is in it.

Read off the boat's own NMEA 2000 network, not off one engine maker's cloud.

Up to 4 tanks by fluid, 8 batteries and 6 engines per boat, with seven NMEA 2000 message types set per boat. Electric drives report charge, range and power the same way.

The platform knows where the shore is.

Harbour, shore zones and the range back are worked out for every boat, and raise their own events.

One boat, one trip. At the berth, Horizon raises three events: service battery voltage dropped to 11.44 V, engine service due in about six weeks, shore power disconnected. On the trip the platform logs leaving the berth and the harbour, flags too fast in the shore zone, logs leaving and re-entering the shore zone, warns whoever is aboard when the range is too short to get back, and logs refuelling, the return to the harbour and the yard launching or lifting the boat.

The shore zones come from map data. The harbour is found from where the boat stays, so nobody has to draw it in.

Builder, motor maker and yard, on one boat.

One boat can carry the boat builder's type and the motor maker's, and each works with its own.

Maintenance planDue at 200 operating hours
or every 12 months

  1. Owner → yard

Books the launch in your app. The yard hears the moment it floats.

  2. Boat → owner

Range too short to get back. The alert comes before the lake gets big.

  3. Boat → dealer

The engine passes 190 hours. The service is booked before the plan is due.

  4. Owner → yard

Books winter storage. If the shore power drops in the frost, the yard hears it.

About boats and motors.

Does it read NMEA 2000?

Yes, natively, through a telematics box on the boat's network: up to 4 tanks with their fluid type, 8 batteries, 6 engines, depth, wind and temperatures. Which messages to read is set per boat.

We build boats, someone else builds the engine. Who sees what?

Both can be on the same boat. The boat carries your type and the motor maker's, and each sees what it was granted. The owner's app shows one boat.

Can our yards book launch and winter storage through it?

Yes. Launch, preparation and winter storage are bookable services. The owner books in your app, the yard sets its days and how many boats it takes per day.

Our motors talk Bluetooth, not cellular. Does that work?

Yes. The owner's phone becomes the gateway: the app reads the motor, keeps the data while offline and sends it in order. Firmware reaches the motor the same way; that path comes with enterprise.

How long until our owners can download the app?

About three months from signed contract to your branded app and partner portals going live, and your own boats in the OEM Suite in under a month. Connectivity is included in the per-vehicle price, over your hardware or ours.
