Product · OEM Suite

Every vehicle you built, and everyone around it.

The OEM Suite is where a manufacturer follows its vehicles once they leave the factory: every unit in every market, its errors and its service, the partners who sell and maintain it, and what owners ask about it. It is ready on day one, hosted and run by us, and open through APIs for anything you want to add.

Demo as

OEM Suite · Coride Marine, a demo boat builder on the Merinsee, or Coride Motors · demo data

Eight things you would otherwise build.

Each of them works on day one, for every vehicle type, under your brand.

Dashboard

Every vehicle you built, at a glance.

The first screen answers what a Monday meeting starts with: how many vehicles are online, how many owners use the app, which partners are active, and how many errors there are per vehicle, market by market. Alerts bring up what needs someone today.

  • Vehicles online, app users, partners, errors per vehicle
  • Every market side by side
  • Alerts: a battery running low, a service due, a firmware ready

Vehicle detail

Every vehicle, in detail.

Open any unit and see what it reports right now and over the last 24 hours. The logbook keeps every trip and every action taken on the vehicle. The parts list shows which components and IoT devices are built in, and which firmware they run.

  • Live status and telemetry, 24 hours at a glance
  • Logbook of trips and actions
  • Parts and IoT devices, per vehicle
  • Where it is stays with the owner: no map on any of your screens

Maintenance and error codes

See error code patterns before they become claims.

Error codes arrive from the vehicle as they happen and are counted across every vehicle you built, so you see that one code is hitting 22 boats with five partners, before the first warranty claim lands. Each vehicle carries its service history and what is due next, with the partner who will do it.

  • Error codes reported by the vehicle, across all your vehicles
  • Service history per vehicle
  • What is due, and with which partner

Your ecosystem

Your partners, on your terms.

Invite your importers, dealers, service partners, fleets and rentals. See who has signed in and who is active, and decide for each of them which vehicles they see and what they see of them. Revoke access and it is gone at once, live streams included.

  • Invite, see who is active, set access per partner
  • Taking part is free for your partners
  • Under your brand, in their own Partner Hub

What your partners get →

Documents and handbooks

Upload documents once and choose who reads them.

Owner's manuals, service manuals, maintenance plans, checklists, warranty terms. Upload each one once and decide who sees it: your partners in the Partner Hub, owners in their app, or only your own team. No more PDFs passed around by email, and no outdated copy at a dealer. In German, English, French and Italian today, more to come.

Support

Owner questions, routed to the right partner.

Every question an owner sends about one of your vehicles shows up here, with the partner answering it and the error code attached. You see where answers are slow and which problems keep coming back, without handling a single ticket yourself.

How a request travels →

Insights

The numbers your teams keep asking for.

Usage by model, region and period, compared with last year. The share of your vehicles on the road that is connected, and how your partner network grows. What product, aftersales and management need for their decisions, without a data project.

Engineering tools

Tools for your engineers.

Define vehicle types and their parts, configure the error codes your vehicles send, and see the connectivity and SIMs in your vehicles. Firmware rollouts live here too, and they are the one place where your side does most of the work.

  • You build the firmware, upload it and pick the part and vehicle type
  • We host it and serve it to every vehicle the rollout targets
  • The vehicle fetches it, its control unit applies it, and you see which vehicles have it and which not yet

Over the vehicle's own connection out of the box. Through your app over Bluetooth with enterprise, since it needs your vehicle's protocol in your own app. We never flash a control unit ourselves.

Nothing here locks you in.

The screens above are what you get on day one. Underneath is infrastructure you would need anyway, built as blocks you can use, extend and build on.

Sell services and subscriptions Live

Offer services, subscriptions and add-ons to your dealers and to the people in your app, at prices you set per market and per partner. Payment runs through the platform. Services and monetisation →

Data that stays yours Live

Every vehicle's data stored reliably, downloadable as history, queryable through the API and by AI agents with the permissions of whoever asks. You can take it to your own systems at any time. AI and agents →

Any data in Live

From many different devices and vendor clouds, from a phone over Bluetooth, or straight from your own systems through the API. We map what you have onto the vehicle record. Vehicle data →

Modular, and yours to extend Live

Use what you need and switch on more later. Build your own app or tool on the same APIs our screens use. APIs and integration →

Your dealers sign in to your own tools with their c.technology login, the one they already use for the Partner Hub. Live

The c.technology fabric

Your data, available to fleets, without building anything.
Fleets read your vehicles' data through our API, exactly as far as you grant it. Offering it to more fleets, at a price you set, is coming. How the fabric works →

About the OEM Suite.

Do we see vehicles our dealers sold?

Yes. Every vehicle you manufactured stays yours in the platform, wherever it was sold and whoever services it.

Do we see where our vehicles are?

No. Only the owner sees where a vehicle is. Status, error codes, service history and usage reach you; the position does not, on any manufacturer, importer, dealer or workshop screen. A fleet or rental company sees its own vehicles on a map, because it owns them.

How do over-the-air updates work?

You upload the firmware, target a part and vehicle type, and activate the rollout. We host and serve it. A vehicle with its own modem fetches it from our API; one without gets it from your app over Bluetooth. That path needs your own app and comes with enterprise. The control unit applies it, and you see which vehicles have.

Can we build our own features on it?

Yes. Everything the OEM Suite shows is reachable through the same REST APIs and live stream, with the same permissions. Build your own tools, apps or analytics on top, and keep using the screens for everything else.

Can we set our own prices for our ecosystem?

Yes, per organisation and per vehicle. The money is yours, a platform fee comes back to us.

Does it connect to our systems?

Over open REST and streaming APIs. You can also push your own core data to us and we map it onto the vehicle status.
