Product · Partner Hub
One portal for every partner around your vehicles.
The Partner Hub gives your importers, dealers, service partners, fleets and rentals their own access to the vehicles they sell, service or run, under your brand. They see what you allow, answer your owners and plan the work, and taking part costs them nothing.

01Your partners
One hub for every kind of partner.
Each opens it for a different job. Each sees exactly the vehicles you granted, and the fields you chose.
Importers
Run a market without a spreadsheet.
Bring your dealers on board, watch the vehicles sold in your market, pass requests on, and report back to the manufacturer from the same numbers it sees.
Dealers
Know the customer's vehicle before they call.
Every vehicle the dealer sold or looks after, live: battery, error codes, distance and hours, with an alert when a value leaves its range. Register a vehicle at handover, answer the owner, book the service, keep the relationship. Where the vehicle is stays with its owner: the dealer sees the error code, not the position.
Service partners
The error code before the vehicle is on the lift.
Maintenance is planned on the hours and distance each vehicle actually runs. Live error codes and remote diagnostics, the full history, the manufacturer's service manuals, documents and checklists, per vehicle. Close the job and the record updates itself.
Fleets and rentals
The whole fleet, at their fingertips.
Their own vehicles, on a map, because they own them. Readiness, charge, usage, trip and hour logs without paperwork, who has which vehicle, areas they may not leave, and the driver app for their staff.
Coming next: partners selling their own service packages, parts and connectivity through the hub, priced by you or by them. Next
02A dealer's day
Tuesday at Lakeside Marine.
The work that used to run on phone calls, a spreadsheet and an inbox, in four screens.
-
A request comes in
The owner of Seabreeze writes from the app. The error code and seven days of data are already attached.
-
The boat, from the desk
State of health, drive power, temperatures. Enough to tell a setting from a part that has to be swapped.
-
A slot is booked
Thursday, 09:30, with the service partner. Owner, dealer and manufacturer all see the same booking.
-
The job, in the record
Done to the manufacturer's maintenance plan. The service lands in the logbook and in the OEM Suite, nobody types it twice.

Driver app · get help · tap around · demo data
From report to resolution.
Owners get help from the partner who can actually help them, and nobody asks for the serial number twice.
Request statusWhat happens
- Open
Owner → partner
The owner reports it in your app and picks who receives it: the dealer who sold the vehicle, or a service partner nearby. Photos, the error code and the vehicle's recent data go with it.
- Answered
Partner
The partner sees what the vehicle reported when it happened, and the full history, and answers in the same thread.
- Booked
Calendar
A slot on the vehicle, visible to everyone allowed to see it: owner, partner, you.
- Closed
Record
The job lands in the logbook and in your OEM Suite, where you see which problems come back across every vehicle you built.
04Every brand they sell
One login
One login for every brand you sell.
Most dealers sell more than one brand, and none of them wants a different system for each. With their c.technology fabric login they sign in once and work all of them: each brand's vehicles, in that brand's colours, with what that brand shares.
- One fabric login, every brand that granted access
- Each manufacturer sees only its own vehicles
- Under the manufacturer's name, not ours
05What it costs them
- To take part
- Free tier, always
- Paid tiers
- Two, for partners who want more
- Branded as
- Yours
A free tier lets every partner take part, so your service promise to a customer works through all of them. When a partner pays for a tier, half of it comes back to the manufacturers it works with, split equally between them. Pricing →
06Questions
About the Partner Hub.
Do our partners need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, under your brand. Their team signs in and sees the vehicles you granted.
Can a dealer see what another dealer sold?
No. Access is checked per vehicle on every request, so a partner only ever sees what you granted.
What if a partner works for several manufacturers?
That is the normal case. They work all their brands in one account, and each manufacturer sees only its own vehicles.
Do partners see where a vehicle is?
Only if they own it. A fleet or rental company sees its own vehicles on a map. A dealer or service partner sees a customer's status and error codes, never the position: that stays with the owner.
Who pays for it?
Taking part is free for the partner. Paid tiers exist for partners who want more, and you can set your own prices for what you sell them.
