Our cloud infrastructure follows strict data privacy and security principles, ensuring that all personal and operational information is processed, stored, and accessed in full alignment with European data protection laws. c.technology processes personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It holds no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification today: an information security management system is in place and we are preparing for ISO 27001 certification. Our obligations under the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) apply in stages from 2026 and 2027, and we are preparing for them. We provide clear service level agreements (SLAs) and ongoing monitoring to maintain stability and transparency. With built-in data anonymization, encrypted communication, and granular access control, OEMs and partners can operate safely while keeping customer trust intact.
