Our joint End-to-End Solution with Bosch has been recognised with the IAA Open Innovation Award 2026 in the category “Scaling of the Year”.

For us, the category is particularly relevant because it addresses one of the key challenges in connected mobility: moving from vehicle connectivity and individual integrations to a solution that can be deployed and scaled in production.
That is exactly what the Bosch × c.technology collaboration is designed to achieve.
From connected vehicles to a complete OEM ecosystem
Connecting a vehicle is only the first step.
For OEMs, the real value starts when vehicle data becomes available across the entire ecosystem: to the OEM itself, to dealers and service organisations, to fleet operators and ultimately to drivers and owners. This is where connected-vehicle programmes often become complex. Vehicle connectivity, cloud infrastructure, data processing, dealer systems, customer applications and digital services are typically built and integrated separately. The Bosch × c.technology solution combines these components into one end-to-end connected-vehicle stack. Bosch provides the vehicle connectivity foundation, including connected hardware, C-Hub and secure vehicle data access.
c.technology provides the cloud platform and application layers on top — transforming connected-vehicle data into operational OEM, dealer, fleet and customer workflows. One architecture. One platform. Three application layers.

The c.technology platform provides three integrated application layers, available off-the-shelf or as white-label solutions.
OEM Suite
The central management layer for the OEM. It provides vehicle digital twins, dealer and partner management, predictive maintenance configuration, OTA and error-code control, customer support and the infrastructure for connected subscription services.
Dealer & Service Hub
The operational layer for dealer and service networks. Dealers gain access to customer and vehicle information, real-time fleet monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance planning, document sharing, support and additional digital services.
Vehicle App
The customer-facing layer, available across mobile and web. It brings live vehicle insights, trip history, navigation, alerts, diagnostics, maintenance, OEM communication and support directly to the driver or owner.
All three layers run on the same underlying platform and connected-data infrastructure. A change at vehicle level can therefore flow through the platform into the relevant OEM, dealer and customer workflows without creating separate technology silos.
Built for real-time production
Underneath the applications is a modular cloud and data architecture designed for production workloads.
Vehicle data enters through a high-throughput ingress backbone based on enterprise REST and Kafka streaming. Data is authenticated at field level, processed through configurable services and made available to applications with end-to-end latency below five seconds.
The architecture includes granular permissions and auditing, adaptive CAN data acquisition, anomaly processing, predictive analytics and modular deployment of services across vehicles, dealers and drivers.
The result is not simply a dashboard connected to a telematics unit. It is an operating layer between the connected vehicle and the OEM ecosystem.
From vehicle data to lifecycle services
The architecture is also designed to be extensible.
Bosch services, c.technology services and third-party services can be integrated into the same ecosystem and exposed through the relevant applications. This creates a common infrastructure not only for vehicle management and diagnostics, but also for additional digital and lifecycle services.
Bosch Vehicle Health is one example. Other services can be integrated through the same architecture and made available to OEMs, dealers or vehicle owners without creating a separate application environment.
This turns connectivity from a data source into an infrastructure for continuously expanding digital services.
Built to scale, not rebuild
A key principle behind the solution is repeatability.
The Bosch C-Hub and c.technology cloud-to-cloud integration is standardised through common interfaces including OAuth 2.0 and MQTT. A new OEM programme therefore primarily means configuration and integration into an existing architecture — not rebuilding the technology stack.
The same platform is already deployed across a broad range of vehicle segments — from two-wheelers and marine to commercial vehicles — powering connected fleets at scale.
The underlying infrastructure, data model and application framework remain consistent while vehicle-specific functionality, services, workflows and OEM branding are configured on top.
That is what makes the model scalable: reuse the architecture, extend the services, configure for the OEM.
Speed to production
Scalability also means reducing the time between an OEM requirement and a production-ready system.
The joint architecture is designed around a repeatable technical implementation model, allowing new programmes to move from initial requirements towards an enterprise-ready vehicle production system within weeks rather than requiring a new multi-year platform build.
And technology is only part of that process.
Production also requires vehicle onboarding, dealer enablement, application rollout, monitoring, release management, support and clear operational responsibilities. These processes are part of the solution and have been refined across multiple OEM programmes.

These are not isolated pilots. They are connected-vehicle programmes running on a common platform architecture and expanding across vehicles, users, markets and use cases.
What “Scaling of the Year” means to us
The IAA Open Innovation Award is an important recognition of the collaboration between Bosch and c.technology.
But the category itself captures what matters most to us.
Scaling means turning connected infrastructure into a repeatable OEM product.
Vehicle connectivity on one side. A scalable cloud platform in the middle. OEM, dealer and customer applications on top. And an architecture that can continuously integrate additional vehicle types, workflows and digital services.
For OEMs, the result is a different starting point for connected mobility: adopt and configure a proven end-to-end solution instead of assembling the entire connected-vehicle stack from scratch.
